Cancelling an item
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel the contract please write to us, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is shown below.

For your security, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

Return of a product
We accept the return of any products only if it is in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. If you return goods, as detailed above, we will issue a refund for the item and deduct a 20% handling fee. This 20% can be redeemed against the purchase price of a subsequent product if bought within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Purchasers are responsible for the cost of returning any items.

Defective items
You can return an item if it is defective on receipt. If packaging is damaged then photographic evidence is required to make a claim.

All items are quality checked before they are sent.
